Frontpage support is scheduled to be active within 3 weeks, but we can only offer FTP access at this time.

As this is a free service, we are unable to offer full support for you homepage. Online support is available via our SupportWeb, which we will be adding to continually.

For problems accessing your homepage, you an email websitehelp@orcon.net.nz. Please note that we cannot provide assistance with content creation, HTML coding or the use of FTP programmes. Please use our SupportWeb, or other help sites on the internet for assistance.

We would value your feedback as to how we can assist you better. As this is a new service, there's bound to be a few 'kinks' in the system which make things harder than they should be. Please don't hesitate to email us with suggestions as to how we can make things easier.

We're starting up a support community which will be launched during March/April to assist newbies to website design, ftp programs and more.
